Product information "Beefstone® Profiline - Short stone lifter"
With the new Original Beefstone® Stone Lifter Pro (Short), you can safely, easily, and precisely lift hot Beefstone® stones from the oven or grill onto the Beefstone® board. The exceptionally sturdy design with a flattened edge makes lifting the stone noticeably easier. For even greater safety, the bottom surface of the Original Beefstone® Stone Lifter has been extended.
The original Beefstone® short stone lifter is compatible with all Beefstone® models: UNO, DUE, EVO, and XXL.
The short handle makes it particularly easy to handle—ideal for small ovens and tight spaces.
Made of 100% stainless steel
Any discoloration on the stainless steel is caused by the welding process and is not rust. The stainless steel used is high-quality and rust-resistant. The discoloration is a natural patina and does not constitute grounds for a complaint.

Only set up the device on a stable, level and well-ventilated surface.

The maturing cabinet is designed exclusively for maturing meat. Do not mix with cheese or sausage.
Do not cover or block the ventilation openings during operation.
The refrigerant is flammable - protect the cooling circuit from damage.
If refrigerant leaks: Ventilate the room immediately, disconnect the appliance from the power supply, no naked flames or sparks.
Repairs may only be carried out by qualified personnel.
Before cleaning, maintenance or prolonged shutdown, switch off the appliance, disconnect it from the power supply and allow it to cool down completely.
Only open the door when necessary, as frequent opening affects the temperature and humidity.
Do not look directly at UV light; do not remove protective devices.
